Obviously, the motto for Chinese is “harmony”.
I believe that many know what does harmony really mean in China…
The last episode (see today’s Taipei Times HERE), is the use of a 9 years old girl on the stage during the opening ceremony to fake a song (lip-sinc).
In fact, the voice everybody heard was a prerecorded version of the song by a seven-year-old girl.
So why?
Just because the good singer was not as cute as the one on the stage.

I didn’t know that the Olympic Games were a beauty contest…
So obviously, “they” preferred to fake it as they fake a lot about other subjects…
